About Us
Jacqueline Bardyn, LPC
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, struggling with internal thoughts and judgments or stuck in your anxiety, depression or relationship patterns, these challenges are often difficult to navigate on your own. I follow a solution focused and cognitive-behavioral orientation to therapy, which focuses on how thoughts affect the way people feel and act. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, collaborative, and strengths-focused, yet tailored to each client. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and insightful environment in order to help individuals work through their stressors.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience in schools, homes, and outpatient settings. Since earning my Master’s from Villanova University, I have been working to assist adolescents, adults, and families with a wide variety of issues. Most recently, I worked as a counselor at an alternative school supporting students with depression, anxiety and trauma.
While I work with clients who are facing a variety of life challenges, I specialize in the following areas: anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress, grief & loss, women’s issues, family conflict resolution, infertility, parenting skills, small business owners and entrepreneurs, and early career professionals.

Madeline Goodman, LPC, MS, NCC
At the basis of all good therapy experiences is the relationship of trust built between therapists and their clients. I am dedicated to the development of a meaningful therapeutic relationship and am committed to fostering an environment in which individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves and engaging in new ways of being in relation to themselves and others. Using psychodynamic and other treatment approaches, I place emphasis on a client’s unique historical, cultural, and personal experiences to individualize and maximize therapeutic outcomes that build insight and facilitate meaningful change. I believe that, while past life experiences and events play a role in shaping our thinking and behavior, we can use the therapeutic process to better understand these experiences to chart a new course for daily living.
I work with adults of all ages, and have experience with attachment difficulties, trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, grief & loss and managing life transitions. I have a passion for empowering individuals who find themselves in abusive or narcissistic relationships and see clients as active participants in a process of healing.

Melinda Goodwin, LCSW, CAADC
My name is Melinda Goodwin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Advanced
Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I have 21 years of experience doing individual therapy sessions as
well as facilitating groups and couples/family sessions. I have spent my career helping individuals
struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, relationship issues, family discord
and stress.
I am very passionate about helping individuals actualize their full potential and work to remove any
barriers that may arise. By using Evidence Based Therapeutic Interventions like Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Strengths Based Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and
mindfulness/meditation, I can assist individuals with a connection to their thoughts/internal narrative
and help them return to the present moment. By bringing attention to the present moment, the fears,
anxieties, worry, and stress that overwhelm many individuals can be minimized and true healing can
begin.
It can be very overwhelming to ask for help and start the healing process but remember that you are
worth it and deserve to have a life filled with peace, joy and happiness. I am grateful to have the
opportunity to walk with you along your journey!

Jason McLaughlin, LPC
My name is Jason McLaughlin, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in adolescent psychology, college-aged issues, and young adulthood. DSM-defined focus areas include Anxiety, High-Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and Depression. I also excel in dealing with issues of anger, oppositional defiance, and the parent/adolescent relationship. For nine years, I occupied two positions at Lifeworks Academy in Doylestown, including over five years spent as a School Counselor covering a wide range of special education classrooms. Within private practice I have a renewed focus on ADHD, Anxiety, and Stigma, with an emphasis on problem-solving and interpersonal growth.
I believe that the client-counselor relationship is paramount to therapeutic progress. In this vein, it is important for any client to feel connected, understood, and selflessly addressed. Unconditional positive regard is a must. Self-disclosure and story-telling are prevalent throughout my brand of counseling, as rapport remains central to the process.
